WELCOME COLIVING is your home, your workplace and the best place to meet and share with colleagues from all over the world. A fully equipped private room, quality brand WELCOME COLIVING. Shared spaces to enjoy a unique experience, weekly cleanings, everything to do your laundry comfortably, and of course also recommendations on activities and cultural events.

The single rental price includes:

Emergency telephone from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. 7 days a week.
Unlimited use of broadband WiFi internet.
€ 40 / month for supply costs (Internet, water, electricity and gas)
Community taxes and expenses
Free laundry service in the house
Weekly cleaning service of common areas.
Floor maintenance service.

What does € 40 of supply included mean?

At WELCOME COLIVING we are energetically responsible and we make responsible use of water, gas and electricity. We invite you to control the consumption of your home supplies through our monthly report.
Supplies are included in the monthly bill with a maximum of € 40 per person per month, including water, electricity and gas. At the end of your stay, we will provide you with a summary of consumption and in the event that the € 40 per month included has been exceeded, we will deduct this excess from your deposit
How do I reserve my room?
To reserve your room, you must pay 50% of the monthly payment for the 1st month plus the WELCOME welcome pack. Payment can be made in two ways:
-Payment in cash when visiting the property. WELCOME COLIVING will give you a payment receipt for the reservation.
-Payment by bank transfer or credit card (minimum 5 days before entering the property). WELCOME COLIVING will give you a receipt of payment of the reservation

* For example, for a € 400 room with the WELCOME pack, you would pay to reserve, € 200 + € 160 = € 360.

What is the WELCOME pack, the EXCELENT pack and what do they include?

RENTAL SERVICES PACK

WELCOME PACK: (160 €)

Legal rental contract.
Set of sheets, set of towels, duvet and pillows.
Supply of cleaning products (cloths, surface cleaner, scourer, broom, dustpan, trash bin)
Welcome pack (city map, cultural agenda, house rules, points of interest in the area, supermarkets, transport, banks, bars, etc)

EXCELENT PACK: (paid for months)

Cleaning of the room with change of sheets every week (€ 30).
What is the "WELCOME COLIVING STANDARD QUALITY" service?
It means that all WELCOME COLIVING rooms will have a minimum number of elements with a guaranteed quality.
Thus, 3 qualities are distinguished:

What does a PREMIUM AND MASTER room include?
PREMIUM room:
-Standard room facilities plus:
-Coffee shop with microwave and fridge in the room, and ...
- own bathroom, or
-private balcony or terrace.

MASTER room:
- PREMIUM room facilities plus:
-Full kitchen and dining area in the room.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

To enter the accommodation you must pay a deposit of one month's rent, together with the signing of the contract on the day of entry into the property and the payment of the Rental Services Package. The guarantee deposit will never cover a month's rent. The payment of this deposit and the Rental Services Package are the proof of your reservation. This deposit will be returned to you 30 working days after the end date of your contract if there is no damage to the room or the apartment and if all the contractual rules have been met during your stay. This deposit will be returned by bank transfer or electronic payment within a maximum period of one month.

Contract cancellation policy:

You will be able to reduce the duration of your rental agreement after the first three 3 months of initial commitment, and as long as you communicate with at least 1 month's notice to wellcome Coliving.In this case, the reduction ofhe contract will entail a penalty of € 50. To confirm the modification of the contract it is necessary to make the payment of the pen alization and sign the corresponding attached document.
In the case of notifying the contract reduction less than 1 month in advance of the new end date, the contract reduction will entail the payment of a penalty equal to the deposit.
You can extend your rental contract as long as the requested room is available for a maximum of 11 months and a minimum period of 3 months. You can make as many extensions as you want as long as we have availability. The extension will only be effective when the attached document of extension to the corresponding contract.
You can change rooms during your rental contract as long as the requested room is available at an extra cost of € 50 (single payment per request). The change will only be effective once the payment of the corresponding fee has been made and the document attached to the corresponding contract has been signed. The change of room implies accepting the price of the new room as the new rate and will require the signing of a new contract.

Documentation needed to reserve a room?

To reserve a WELCOME COLIVING room you must send us:
-A copy of your identity document (European) or passport (non-European) and
-A copy of your acceptance letter or enrollment document to the university or school if you are a student.
-If you are a young professional, a copy of your internship or employment contract, the last three payrolls.
-If you are a self-employed entrepreneur, we will simply need documents that prove your activity

Can I have visitors on the floor?
Yes, you can have visitors in the apartment during the day (09:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.). You will always be responsible for the behavior of your visitors and the damages they may cause.
Is it allowed to have animals?
Pets are not allowed in the shared apartments.
Who will be my companions?
WELCOME COLIVING takes care that your colleagues have a lot in common with you. In all our homes you will find students and young professionals, generally between 20 and 35 years old, from all over the world.
Is there an office in Valencia where I can meet the Welcome Coliving team?
Of course! Although you can always be in contact with our team by mail or telephone, we have an office at Avd de Aragón 30, Edificio Europa, in Valencia. (It is necessary to confirm the visit through the contact form to be attended)
What happens when something doesn't work?
Easily get in touch by phone or mail and our maintenance team will come to the floor to solve any problem.
Who is responsible for cleaning?
Although we know that you will take good care in the maintenance of common areas, and respect the environment of your colleagues. Wellcome Coliving puts a weekly cleaning service for the common areas included in the monthly rental price. In case you need it, we have additional cleaning services for your room as an EXCELENT pack service
Can I invite a friend to sleep in my room?
It is allowed to have one guest per month who can sleep in your room for a maximum of 4 consecutive nights, always after receiving authorization from our team via email.
You must inform your roommates of your visit. In case your visit wants to stay with you for more nights, each extra night will cost € 30 and it is always necessary to obtain authorization from WELCOME COLIVING. Having guests in the apartment without permission or authorization from WELCOME COLIVING will entail a penalty of € 100 per night I have invited.
If I am not there for the entire month from the 1st to the 30th, how much will I have to pay for my accommodation?
If you arrive:

Between 1 and 5, you will have to pay the full month.
Between the 6th or the 20th, we will discount 25% of the first monthly payment.
On the 21st or later, you will pay per night. The price is € 30 / night and person.

If you leave:

Between the 1st and the 5th, you will pay for days. The price is € 30 / night and person.
Between the 6th and the 20th, we will deduct 25% from the last monthly payment.
On the 21st or later, you will have to pay the full month.

You can reserve and welcome pack by transfer. In If you need to make payments in cash, you can do it on the floor or come to our office.

If you pay by bank transfer, the payment received by WELCOME COLIVING must be exact to the amount of your invoice and the transfer costs will be borne by the customer. In the transfer you must indicate your full name. For payments made with credit cards there is a 1% commission
Arrival and Departure rules:
Arrivals:
Arrivals and formalization of the rental contract will take place from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. and until 9:30 p.m. at the chosen property.

Arrivals after 22:00 and during the weekend have an extra cost of € 30.

On the end of the contract, the room must be vacated before 12:00 noon. In case you need to leave it later, please contact us.All our colivers have a daily life in the WELCOME COLIVING homes and that is why we will not be able to welcome you if you arrive later than 9:30 p.m., since we consider that it is a relaxing time for all our members.

To register the contract, you must send us all your documentation by email. For the payment of the first month's rent and the deposit, this can be made in two ways, by bank transfer 5 before the minimum days of your arrival or in cash on the day of signing the contract at the property. The payment of the following monthly payments will be made by bank transfer.
What is the minimum and maximum stay that I can stay in a room?
All the rental contracts for our WELCOME COLIVING apartments offer a minimum stay of 3 months nights and a maximum stay of 11 months. You can always extend your rental contract in case you wish to continue in the property.
Can WELCOME COLIVING find me a roommate?
Of course, if you choose to stay in a shared room but you don't have anyone to share this experience with, we will find the perfect partner that best suits you.
Is there an age limit to stay at the WELCOME COLIVING flats?
To request the reservation of a room in a WELCOME COLIVING apartment you must be at least 18 years old. The maximum age of our guests will be 40 years
What is the ratio of bathrooms per room?
In the WELCOME COLIVING properties there are at most three people per bathroom. There are many accommodations for two people / bathroom and rooms with their own bathroom.
Is there an accommodation option for couples?
Yes, we have spacious rooms for two people in one of our accommodations
How can I reserve a room?
The first thing to do is study the available rooms in the database and choose the one you like the most, take into account the most favorable location for you and if you want to share your experience with many people or prefer a more intimate apartment to share with fewer people.
As soon as you choose what you want your new Coliving home to be, take a look at its rooms and choose the one you like the most.
